"Our 2nd night was less than average. At 4 a.m. the smoke detector in our room went off. The hotel staff got it to silence. It took quite awhile. It then happened 2 more times. At check-out we asked if the rpoblem was fixed and got a less than favorable response from the front desk."

"I had to go rummaging through the employee only closets in the lobby to get the extra pillows I had requested since no one had brought them after 5 hours, and no one was at the front desk. No workout facility. No pay per view. If you get a jacuzzi suite, understand that there is a hole in the wall between the bathroom and the living room that looks like it was put there for romance but kills the mood when anyone has to use the facilities."
